Each AI Assistant is trained on carefully curated knowledge from real industry professionals, so you can get friendly, accurate help 24/7.

Once you subscribe, just log in at sewsmartai.com from your desktop or mobile device. Your subscribed assistants will appear under the "Sew Smart AI Assistants" menu after logging in.

Nope! Sew Smart AI works directly through your web browser — no downloads or installations required.

Yes! You can subscribe to any of the assistants individually — or choose the All AI Assistants Bundle to get access to them all at once for the best value.

All subscriptions are auto-renewing. You’ll be billed automatically at the end of each billing cycle to keep your access uninterrupted.

You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to prevent future charges. There are no partial refunds for unused time, but you’ll retain access through the end of your paid period.

Simply log in to your account at sewsmartai.com and go to the "My Account" page and look for "Payment Methods."  You can update your payment method there at any time.  

Each assistant specializes in a specific area of creativity. Whether you’re piecing a quilt, picking a stabilizer, or threading your serger, they’re ready to help.

  • 🧵 Emerald (Embroidery Expert):

    Helps with stabilizers, hooping, threads, needles, and embroidery techniques.

    Sample questions:

    • “What stabilizer should I use for a stretchy T-shirt?”

    • “How do I fix puckering around my embroidery design?”

  • 🪡 Sewphie (Sewing Expert):

    Offers guidance on fabrics, seams, patterns, and machine troubleshooting.

    Sample questions:

    • “What stitch length should I use for denim?”

    • “How do I adjust thread tension on my sewing machine?”

  • 🧶 Quinn (Quilting Expert):

    Specializes in quilting techniques, block assembly, binding, and troubleshooting.

    Sample questions:

    • “How do I join quilt blocks that aren’t lining up?”

    • “What batting is best for a summer quilt?”

  • ✂️ Serra (Serging Expert):

    Helps you understand and master serger techniques for clean, professional finishes.

    Sample questions:

    • “How do I finish edges on knits with my serger?”

    • “Why does my serger thread keep breaking?”

  • 🪡 Neddie (Needle Expert):

    Guides you through choosing the perfect needle for each project type and fabric.

    Sample questions:

    • “What needle should I use for quilting cotton?”

Please log out and back in to refresh your dashboard. If the issue remains, contact support for help.  Make sure you are looking for them under the "Sew Smart AI Assistants" menu at the top AFTER logging in.

Yes — absolutely. Sew Smart AI does not share, sell, or use your personal information or chat data for AI training. Your chats are private and only used to provide better answers during your session.

Yes, each assistant uses carefully trained AI technology to understand your questions and provide helpful answers based on verified, curated knowledge. While responses are designed to be accurate, always use your best judgment before applying recommendations to projects.

We’ve added a Getting Started video (located by clicking the "Getting Started" menu AFTER logging in) for using the assistants.  We've also included a number questioning guidelines for each assistant that are located just below the chat window on their individual pages.  They’ll show you how to ask questions and get the best results from your AI friend.

Yes — the site is fully mobile-friendly, so you can chat while you’re at your sewing machine, on the go, or curled up on the couch.
